Ready to Feel Hopeful Again?

Hi, I’m Zoe, Urban Body’s Clinical Lead & Specialist Therapist (and most experienced NEUBIE therapist). Together with our friendly physio team, I've helped hundreds of people 50+ who’ve had back pain or sciatica that just wouldn't go away, the kind that eases for a bit, then flares again.

I qualified in 2018 with a BSc (Hons) in Sport Rehabilitation and I’ve just completed an MSc in Strength & Conditioning. I’ve supported patients across the NHS and corporate healthcare, using a practical, lifestyle-focused approach that blends careful assessment, hands-on treatment, targeted rehabilitation and strength work. Above all, I care about meeting you where you are and giving you a clear, realistic plan to get back to the things you love (I also love sport — and the odd doughnut).

Is it really FREE?

Yes. It’s a community education event with no obligation. Seats are limited, so please only register if you plan to attend.

Do I have to join in?

No. You’re welcome to sit, listen and take notes. Any demos are gentle and optional.

Can I bring someone with me?

Absolutely, if they're suffering with back pain or sciatica. Please ask them apply for a seat too so we can make sure it's right for them.

Can you cure my back pain or sciatica?

Honest answer: there’s rarely a single “cure,” but most people can feel meaningfully better with the right plan — less pain, fewer flare-ups, and more confidence day to day. Our goal is to help you understand what’s driving your symptoms and give you practical steps that reduce irritation, build strength, and make life feel easier. If a full resolution is possible for you, we’ll aim for it; if not, we’ll focus on steady progress and more good days.

Where do I park?

There’s parking at the rear of the clinic. We’ll send directions with your confirmation email.

What should I bring?

Just yourself, comfortable clothing, and any questions you have. We’ll provide handouts and a pen

What happens after?
